PleXML Plant Floor Integration Module

Many Plexus Online customers have yet to take advantage of Plexus Online’s Plant Floor modules. Historically, intensive programming efforts were required at each customer site by Kors Engineering in coordination with Plexus. Kors Engineering has launched the PleXML Plant Integration Module that will help companies quickly and efficiently tie their plant floor into Plexus Online’s systems directly. This modular package allows customers to consolidate multiple machines and protocols through a single JAVA based server to enable their plant floor directly to the Plexus on-demand information systems for manufacturing companies.

Kors Engineering has launched a unique solution for cost effective plant floor integration to Plexus Online Systems. PleXML was developed through several years of cooperative development with Plexus Online engineers and programmers. With OPC capabilities, customers can integrate both legacy and new equipment selecting from the hundreds of drivers that are available. PleXML can cost effectively, seamlessly integrate many machines and protocols with a single server. Customers can send real time information through the PleXML’s JAVA based engine, allowing full web accessibility, visibility, and management.
