PleXML Plant Floor Integration Module
Many Plex Online customers have yet to take advantage of Plex Online’s Plant Floor modules. Historically, intensive programming efforts were required at each customer site by Kors Engineering in coordination with Plex. Kors Engineering has launched the PleXML Plant Integration Module that will help companies quickly and efficiently tie their plant floor into Plex Online’s systems directly. This modular package allows customers to consolidate multiple machines and protocols through a single JAVA based server to enable their plant floor directly to the Plex on-demand information systems for manufacturing companies.

Web Services Server Module for Niagara AX
This module allows a Niagara AX station to act as a web services server. You can easily make a data point readable and writable via SOAP protocol by simply drag-and-dropping the appropriate extension from the package. For cases when you need a more complex behavior or message structure, the package provides a way to easily build custom web services.
HTTP Poster Module for Niagara AX
Poster module is a set of fairly versatile tools for exporting Niagara AX point values via HTTP requests. It contains two extensions, which can post point data, either on every update or periodically. It also has a component that can send arbitrary HTTP requests whenever one of its actions is fired.
Twitter Module for Niagara AX
Kors Engineering’s Twitter Module gives controls systems running the Tridium NiagaraAX framework the ability to post tweets. Twitter has become a worldwide social networking tool for delivering short status updates. With this module, your control system can now post updates as well.

Digital Signal Conditioner Model SC-EDI
The SC-EDI is a two channel signal conditioner for digital inputs. Each channel can be individually set to extend the length of an input pulse or act as a divider of the input. The unit is packaged in a relay type enclosure and plugs into a standard octal socket. DIP switches are located on the top of the unit for configuring each channel.
The KENGA multiplexes three serial channels into one channel. Designed specifically for the Modicon PLCs, the KENGA will permit 3 master devices to communicate simultaneously to one PLC via the MODBUS port. An operator interface panel or serially connected I/O can be still updated while programming.
OPE 256 Optical Position Encoder
This optical position encoder detects shaft rotation of typically less than 100 degrees and outputs a 4-20 mA. signal proportional to that shaft position. It is designed to be mounted via standard linkage and can be calibrated with no additional equipment. The calibration will take into account direction of travel and initial shaft location and will remain stored in nonvolatile memory until re-calibrated.
AI 6400 Analog Input Module
The AI 6400 Analog Input Module provides a high population, low cost stand-alone solution for conversion of analog data to a programmable logic controller. Each unit is capable of converting up to 64 channels, with the option to link more than one AI 6400 to a Modbus port. The AI 6400 is designed to accept RTD input, 0-10VDC input, or 4-20 mA input signals. The AI 6400 has an easy to use interface to get analog information to the PLC quickly. Communications to the PLC is provided in Modicon Modbus protocol.
